Do you want to be the Head of Operations at a fast growing Digital Agency?
We’re looking for a Head of Operations who will play a key role in shaping the strategy, direction and priorities for Digital Six - working with the company directors to achieve operational excellence. This is a newly created post that will appeal to an ambitious individual looking to further their career in a growing business.
You will be in charge of improving the operational systems, processes and policies - specifically, assisting the management team in managing the company’s resources efficiently, encouraging the sharing of resources, supporting better management reporting and information flow.
You will assist the Directors to implement various improvement projects including accounting, project management, software developments and changes to the IT systems.
Your job will be to ensure that our project teams operate efficiently and effectively to smoothly deliver excellence to our clients. You will ensure that all operational processes are properly documented and that key information is organised, accessible and secure.
You will manage day-to-day resources to make sure that the team is set up for success including planning adequate staffing, scheduling and workflow management. You will have direct line management responsibility of the project, development, design and support teams (and any future roles relating to office management, HR and finance).
You will implement the business strategies and decisions developed and agreed by the directors and carry out capacity and organisational planning for current and future growth according to the company’s business plan.
This role is ideal for an experienced operations manager (or someone with other relevant experience) who would like to make an impact in a dynamic and growing business.
It will be crucial that you have great interpersonal skills and confidence, as you’ll be leading a team of professionals - talented in their area of expertise. You will need to be equally confident in discussing technical solutions, design and marketing work.
